On a drizzly Sunday morning our Lions took on a well rated Bowden team at HQ.
Winning the toss Zeki chose to bowl and the Lions got to work on a dry but somewhat unpredictable wicket. Although the top Bowden batter hit some powerful onside shots a big top edge followed and the Bowden batting had little more to offer limping to just 44 all out.
The Range openers made light work of the chase reaching the target after just 5 overs. A pleasing return to form and a positive impact on our run rate.
Final game of the League vs Bowden Vale next week and a chance to secure some silverware!
